Mansell Kennedy Hall

Died October 01, 2008 Invermere, British Columbia
Mansell came to the valley in the late 40’s and began his early career in the forest industry along with the Wilder brothers. Mansell then spent the rest of his career of almost 30 years, working with Fairmont Hot Springs Resort until his retirement.
His talent in mechanical engineering was a noticeable gift and he proved to be a valuable asset to the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. He was involved in the early development of the Lodge and pools as well as Mountainside Golf Course and later Riverside.
Even with his valued contribution to the resort he has been quoted as saying that His greatest accomplishment was being the father of “A Baseball Team and Three Cheerleaders”.
Mansell was predeceased in April 2008, by his partner, Martina Bernadette Nicholas and leaves to mourn his 12 children and their families..
Mansell was father to Lucille Shovar, Joseph Nicholas (Delores), Lloyd Nicholas, Martin Hall (Doris), Lillian Rose, David Hall (Cheyenne), Allan Nicholas (Sheree), John Nicholas, Wes Nicholas (Kristine), Solo Nicholas, Patrick Nicholas( Rachelle), Sophie Nicholas (Regan).
