Harvey Ernest Thormoset passed into the presence of his Saviour on November 10, 2008 while vacationing in Mexico. A memorial service will be held in Rolling Hills, AB on Saturday, November 29 at 2:00p.m.

Harvey was born April 21, 1928 in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan. He was a resident of Invermere from June 1959 to October 2001, working for the B.C. Ministry of Highways until his retirement in 1985. He is survived by his loving wife Gladys, son David (Henny), daughter Anita (Mike) Birse , daughter Sharon (Kenton) Rustulka as well as ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind two sisters, Hazel Thormoset and Lila (Garry) Heizelman. Harvey, with his helpful nature and quiet humour, will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
