Windermere Water & Sewer and Parr Utilities Ltd. unveiled and began operation of the new water intake and pump-house in Baltac on June 16.

Standing next to one of the two new water pumps is Terry Underwood of True Consulting, Paul Partlo, president and chief financial officer of Parr Utilities Ltd., and Doug House of True Consulting.
