Students at Eileen Madson Primary School in Invermere had a fun day of activities on June 22. Ranging from zipline stations to face painting and tug of war, students took full advantage of the beautiful weather, and were also given a special surprise by the Invermere fire department, who sprayed down the field of hundreds of students with some soapy suds followed by a gentle spray from the main hose.
