The parents of Kienan Hebert made a tearful plea to the person that has Kienan Hebert to let him go. "Please, whoever has Kienan, bring him to a safe place, a gas station a parking lot, make sure he will be seen and walk away. He is only three, he can't speak, he can't tell us who you are or where you have been. This is your chance. All we want is Kienan."
Kienan Hebert went missing Wednesday morning. Police now believe it may be an abduction, and are hunting for 46-year-old Randall Peter Hopley.
